Sinuichi

Has anyone here had any experience with Sinuichi, or have anyknow anything about it?

A entry on erowid characterises it as a relaxant, although a friend who's tried it tells me that while it is sedating it's definatley got hallucinogenic properties.

I had a friend who tried a pretty large amount. Said it was much like valium, but not really much on the hallucinogenic side of things.

I have tried about 12g and gone through the whole fermentation proccess of boiling it and leaving it out in the sun for a day, to make one of the foulest tasting concoctions I have ever tried. I boiled it down to a shotglass worth and swallowed it at once. There was a bit of nausea (maybe associated with the taste), but apart from that all I noticed was a small mood lift and reflection on childhood school memories, don't know if this was the drug or merely just a coincidence. But my reflections and feeling happy about my memories seemed somewhat inspired by the drug. Apart from that though it seemed like a fairly useless herb and the taste is something I don't have a desire to repeat. :\

I have tried a 10x on crushed leaf material, as well as making the whole sun fermented brew as well. The brew had only minimal effects that I was able to notice, but the 10x, when smoked, produced a wonderful high that I just loved. It felt very near like what smoking dpt freebase felt like to me. It had a slightly thick taste (the smoke) that some folks didn't seem to enjoy, but nothing about it bothered me one bit.
