A cool one for me was GHB and coke cuz you get the enhanced confidence, pleasure reception, better boner and staying power from the coke and the GHB turns you into a sex crazed animal. It's the kinda sex that kills people.
I've also found low-dose benzo's to be good at prolonging sex and preventing premature ejacs.
This is not a combo and probably not fot the ligt-hearted but for those of you who enjoy an evening of masturbation, LSD is awesome. Even during the come down it's cool. Never tried sex on LSD, I think that would be scary.

any strong stimulant (meth, coke) + GHB, or GHB towards the end of an MDMA trip makes for the best sex ever. passionate, emotional, wild and will last for a long time...
GHB tends to be, however, a must in chemically enhaced sex.
I must say sober sex is pretty good by itself, though.

i must say, that as much as i like sex on all sorts of drugs it does have the ability to make normal sex 'dull' somewhat. This can really affect a relationship in a bad way if your normal sex life doesn't interest you anymore because sex on drugs is so much better.

Not a combo but crack, more then any other drug did that to me so I stopped and that wasn't easy, a very difficult psychological habit to break. After having a crack-hit orgasm you start to think you dont ever want it any other way, watch out for this one.

The best I've ever experienced was on LSD by itself.
