Thank you all for your input. You worked very well with the very limited options I gave you! The trip has been shelved for the near future, but thanks in particular for the Avebury tip, that is definitely somewhere to consider over the apparent tourist bullshit of Stonehenge (and yes, I know it's a man-made structure, but it is the ley line alignment underneath that really interests me).
Eating ginger/drinking ginger tea DEFINITELY seems worth a try (wish it didn’t taste quite so disgusting though), also peppermint tea. Thanks for the mention of scopolamine but I would probably choose ginger over that from what I have read.
I’ve concluded overall that shrooms once they are in season are probably the best idea, if not then:

I haven't heard SUPER great things about cold water extraction, but a possible sublingual administration of LSA may be worth a try. I don’t know if it’s even possible to keep that crap under your tongue for 25 minutes+ but hey, having had the worst, most unrelenting sickness ever after eating baby woodrose seeds, anything is worth a try! (Also LSA isn't the best trip mentally, but I'm sure will be fine at a low-moderate dose).
Particularly this thread has confirmed that I need to stay away from the mesc where my barf-hating friend is concerned! Still very much looking forward to my first mescaline purge and trip though

Thanks again guys!
