As bluelighters, the administrators for these given forums are the ones you would contact regarding issues such as reporting moderator misconduct and abuse, forum suggestions, sensitive matter that you wish to remain private, etc.
Likewise,
as moderators, the person assigned to your forum is the person you would contact about mod replacement/removal, troublesome posters, and general one-on-one discussions about forum business. That person is your point man, in other words an "official" person you can bitch at!
