I was just prescribed 60 of these a month which is a biggg thing for me

and was quite excited. I was wondering what sort of detailed

combinations, administration techniques, or potentiation techniques could

be used rather then just eating them. I have access to a load of

grapefruits and klonopin haha. I must point out that diphenhydramine HCI

gave me terrible side effects when combining (most notably sweats).

you could cold water extract if you plan on taking really high doses...

Well..... Theres tons of info if you use the search engine(UTFSE), but the best way to take them is to parachute them(crush or break them up and swallow them). If you are planning on taking 10 or more at once(100mg of hydrocodone) do a CWE(cold water extraction) to filter out the acetaminophen which is damaging to your liver. UTFSE for CWE techniques. Other than that enjoy!

Since these are the Vic HP's they only have 325mg of Acetaminophen, but I wouldn't take more than 3-4 at once. The reason they put in the Acetaminophen is to boost the effects of the Hydro.

Just break them in half and swallow them with a full glass of water...

They add the acetaminophen in hydrocodone and oxycodone preparations to aid in pain relief. It doesn't "boost" the effect of the hydrocodone in the getting high sense, but in the pain relieving sense. It also is added in some aspects to discourage abuse.

They only have 325mg of acetaminophen but it is only recommend that you take 4g(4,000mg) a day due to liver damage thats why I suggested the CWE method if you are going to take enough pills to equal around 3g of acetaminophen...

3-4 is not a reasonable limit at all... 10 even is at the low end of the APAP spectrum, vonchampz is actually being a bit conservative with his recommendation. (Not that it's a bad one, it's just erring on the side of caution. I wouldn't take more than around 12 in a day without CWE.)

Yeah, I was being conservative BW. Personally I have taken around 4,000mg of acetaminophen at once and have been fine. I just think its best for harm reduction purposes to give conservative advice. And yeah you're right 3-4 is waaaay below a reasonable limit. 975-1300mg of acetaminophen is perfectly acceptable and on the low side.

i've heard it's best to stay under 2g of acetaminophen in one dose, at least for optimal harm reduction. the 4g limit is for 24 hours. and make sure you don't drink any alcohol at all if you're taking high doses (or any dose of acetaminophen for that matter).

I do a CWE on even 3-4 10/325 as I'm terribly worried about liver damage. It might me pointless but that's just how I do it.
