I need the recipe for "Lean/Sizzurp/Purple Drank"

I know its a combination of Promethazine/Codeine mixed with Sprite and a few Jolly Ranchers or any other hard candy but what are a few exact recipes as far as how much of the ingredients to add and if anyone else has any other ingredients to add or different recipes (except alcohol) I'm up for any suggestions

Real syurup is made only with the thick sweet orangeish pinkish prometh and codeine (ALREADY MIXED) bottle, its a big ass bottle, but im sure theres different sizes, what you mix it with is up to you some, you aint supposed to mix it with anything, that shit is drinkable from the bottle. hence syrup, it aint pop or juice, its syrup

if you aint getting it alrady mixed you mind as well pop some codeine pills and prometh pills than mixing some pills with sprite, that would taste like shit.

now theres many ways to make fake syrup, but real sizzur is the shit already mixed no sprite added str8 from the bottle

As Mista said, only use the Codeine/Promethazine Linctus.

And honestly, it really is as basic as get a plastic bottle, pour all the Linctus (syrup) into the bottle and then top it up with Sprite or any fizzy drink you like the taste of and will work with the taste of the Linctus (usually citrus-like). Then, just take mouthfuls until you feel as though you've had enough. It's as simple as that, there's definitely no Delia Smith shit going on

The advantage of mixing it with Carbonated drinks is that it will speed up absorption.

Noobs can overdose on codeine.

The real syrup is the pure purple codeine the big giant purple bottle.
30mg/ml is the measurement for this kind.

A noob is good with a "ace" or ounce to start out with.


Now for the different colors of codeine/promethazine syrups, the different strength ratios are by color.

Words of advice: any codeine/promethazine syrup that is not purple will make you sick if you drink too much.


The yellow syrup is not codeine at all, it's hydrocodone. It's called tussionex.
You should not ever go over an ace if you have not done it before, because it is 20 times stronger than codeine on a mg to mg basis.

3 vicodin ground up
2 packs crystal light water flavoring things
1 can sprite.

depending on your opiate tolerance,

anywhere from 2-4 ounces of syrup(codeine/promethazine)
12-16 ounces of Sprite

mix in a styrofoam cup (preferably the ones niggas get from sonic)
drop in 2 jolly ranchers..

and sip at a slow pace, so it will take you about an hour to finish

above would be your best advice, id say 2-5 oz. added with a little sprite or sugar or jolly ranchers. usually what i do whenever i get my hands on some prometh, taste pretty good.

I personally don't like antihistamines in conjunction with my codeine, why is it mixed with Phenergan? that is promethazine right? anyways antihistamines are great for sleep, mixed with codeine it would make me to sleepy to enjoy the codeine high, also I am a rapper, but I think the sizzurp is the absolute most retarded way to do Codeine, lord I go get cheratussin ac codiene syrup all the time, and am GLAD there is nothing but Guaif in it. wouldnt have it any other way we'll except for only codiene or really wish I had some hydro syrup. why add flavor and sip on it though? I measure out a dose, slug it back and go on amongst my day without being sleepy. eh to each their own I guess. I personally would take some hydro syrup and some codiene syrup straight with nothing else in it any day of the week

The reason for the promethazine is to potentate the codeine at the right doses, and to jam the brakes on euphoria when too much is consumed.
In the case of syrup, most of the sedation is the promethazine, not the codeine. I know a lot of people including myself that have really abused opiates and syrup will do little to nothing for a tolerant person to get high. Here in Houston, the demand for it has gone down, and the price has risen for an ounce. And many uneducated people down here still think that codeine is the shit in the world of drugs, when it is the lamest baby-step in opiate abuse next to tramadol.

When you look for syrup, YELLOW is the way to go.
It really makes no sense how big this crap has gotten down here.

I dont have a problem with the drug use aspect of this, I have a problem with the absurdity of "Lean/Sizzurp/Purple Drank", as the OP put it.

Seems like a bunch of kids wanting to sip on a ridiculous concoction of drugs (codeine being the only one thats even barely worthwhile), just because some clownish DJ's or rappers drink the stuff.

As I said, I certainly have no problem with drugs, but please learn about the drugs you plan on ingesting. No one who has actually learned about what's in this crap would actually still want to drink it. -DG

A duece in a 20oz bottle of sprite with some jolly ranchers is always nice. But i like to mix it up to. MY Favorite and probley the best tasting ive ever had is a duece (2oz) in a 20oz bottle or A&W cream soda (i promise ANYONE who trys this will love it). I also like mixing it with some Squirt or Pineapple Crush (i dont really like pineapple very much but if you like pineapple this will also be a very good drink to mix with), im also about to but a fo (4oz) and im going to try a duece with some gatorade and then im also trying orange fanta. ill let my nigga's know how it goes

A duece is a good starting dosage. Put two jolly ranchers in glass of sprite with the syrup and let it sit in the fridge for a while. I really hated my experience with codeine/prometh. The antihistamine totally ruined the high for me. It felt like I just took a bunch of benadryl . There was no euphoria. If your looking for euphoria coming from opiate syrups try anything but that. The only plus I found from this stuff was the taste of the drink which can be quite sweet if mixed the way I said .
